What will I need?

  • A mobile wagering account application
  • One form of photo identification
  • At least $20 to fund your account
  • Cash, Visa® or MasterCard® are accepted to fund your account
  1. Print a mobile wagering account application using the link on this page or pick up an application at any of our convenient Leroy's locations.
  2. Take the completed application, one form of photo ID and a minimum of $20 to the nearest Leroy's location. (Mobile wagering applications are accepted at Leroy's locations indicated with a check mark.)
  3. Once at the Leroy's location, a ticket writer will process your application and deposit your payment to open your account.
  4. You will receive an account number and a PIN (personal identification number). You will need these each time you sign in to make a mobile wager from your device. Your account number and PIN also allow you to make bets from any Leroy's tavern kiosk.
  5. After you open your account, you will receive a link to download the Leroy's App. Simply click the link and follow the instructions to install the app to your device. (This applies to Android and Blackberry devices)
